Ms. Freeze joined Stephens Inc. in June 2008. Before
joining Stephens, she had more than 22 years of experience in the
field of public finance. During the years, Ms.
Freeze has worked with the preparation of Official Statements,
extensive financial analysis for governmental entities, detailed
refunding analysis and presentations to the rating agencies and
bond insurers. She has experience in the areas of structured
and project financing in the areas of governments, public
utilities, industrial bonds, and secondary and higher
education. Ms. Freeze is a Registered Municipal Securities
Representative. She holds a bachelor's degree from Middle
Tennessee State University with a major in business finance and a
minor in business
administration.
