Vice President - Charlotte Office
Mr. Burge joined Stephens in 2008 in the firm's Charlotte, NC,
office. Over his 11-year career in banking and public finance, he
was worked on a variety of debt financings for municipalities,
school districts, colleges and universities, healthcare
organizations and 501(c)3 organizations. In his role as banker
or financial advisor, Mr. Burge has participated in more than 80
transactions aggregating approximately $4.5 billion for issuers in
Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. His experience
includes providing underwriting or financial advisory services for
various publicly and privately offered debt practices. Prior to
joining Stephens Inc., Mr. Burge was a Vice President at Wachovia
Bank National Association. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in
economics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He
is a registered Uniform State Law Securities Agent,
a General Securities Representative and is a Chartered
Financial Analyst.
