Public Finance Department - Little Rock Office
Since 1974, Mr. McBryde has been a member of the
Public Finance Department at Stephens. His responsibility for
managing the department's daily operations began in
1994. Mr. McBryde's time in Public Finance has been spent
serving as financial advisor and underwriter to public utilities,
hospitals, municipalities, counties, universities, local school
boards and industrial issuers in Arkansas and throughout the
region. He has also been involved with assisting state and
local issuers with the implementation of necessary legislation,
development of financial regulations and the origination of
uniquely structured transactions. Mr. McBryde is a 1974
graduate of Hendrix College with a BA in business and
economics.
