Mr. Wilcox joined the Stephens Corporate Finance Department
in 1992, after serving Mergers & Acquisitions tenures at both
Lehman Brothers and Investcorp International, Inc. After overseeing
billions of dollars’ worth of transactions as Head of Stephens
Investment Banking, he was asked to join Stephens Capital
Partners as Managing Director in 2007.
