Managing Director - Dallas Office
Mr. Stuart joined Stephens Inc. in 2008 as a
Managing Director and head of its Real Estate Group. Most recently
he was a Managing Director at Bluffview Capital, LP, a boutique
investment bank based in Dallas, Texas, where he specialized in
structuring debt and equity for commercial real estate programs on
a nationwide basis. He started his career with The Lomas &
Nettleton Company, followed by the investment banking subsidiaries
of Banc One Corporation and Wells Fargo & Company. Mr. Stuart
received his BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of
Mississippi and his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the
University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the National
Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the Urban
Land Institute (ULI) and a Director of the Texas Golf Association,
where he serves as a member of its executive committee.
