Ms. Silaski joined Stephens in 1994 and is a Managing
Director and senior member of the Private Company Advisory
team. Throughout her career, she has advised middle market,
family-owned and owner-managed businesses on strategic
transactions, including many with financial sponsors.
Ms. Silaski has played a key role in structuring and
negotiating more than 30 private placements of
equity and debt for Stephens’ corporate clients across a broad
range of industries, helping clients raise in excess of $1 billion
in private capital. Her transaction experience also includes
public debt and equity offerings. Prior to Stephens, Ms.
Silaski spent six years managing equity and fixed income
portfolios. She earned a BSBA with high honors in
finance at the University of Arkansas and is a Chartered Financial
Analyst (CFA).
