Mr. Parfitt is an Associate in Stephens Corporate Finance
Group. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Parfitt was a Manager with
PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialized in tax consulting and
advisory services. He has an MBA from the McCombs School of
Business at the University of Texas and also received a BBA with
accounting honors from the University of Alabama, as well as a
Masters of Accounting with a concentration in tax from the
University of Florida. He is a licensed Certified Public
Accountant.
