Mr. Pyne joined Stephens in 2011 and is a
member of the firm’s Consumer Finance investment banking group.
Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Pyne was a Senior Analyst in the
Mergers & Acquisitions group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey
where he executed transactions in the healthcare and media &
communications sectors. Prior to joining SunTrust, Mr. Pyne was an
Analyst at Navigant Capital Advisors where he provided transaction
support on buy-side and sell-side investment banking engagements as
well as executed capital and operating restructurings of
underperforming businesses. Mr. Pyne began his career at Kiawah
Development Partners where he provided merchant banking services to
the master developers of Kiawah Island in South Carolina. Mr. Pyne
received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from
the University of Georgia.
