Mr. Farinholt joined Stephens in 2009 and is a member of the firm’s
Specialty Finance Group. Prior to joining Stephens, he worked as an
Associate for both J.P. Morgan and Thomas Weisel Partners in their
San Francisco offices where he advised clients on M&A
transactions primarily in the technology sector. Prior to
joining TWP, Mr. Farinholt was a Senior Analyst at SunTrust
Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta where he worked on equity capital
markets offerings. Mr. Farinholt received his BS in Commerce
from the University of Virginia with a concentration in finance and
his MBA from the Darden Business School at the University of
Virginia.
