Mr. Burns is a Senior Vice President responsible for the
daily operations of Stephens Insurance, LLC’s Austin, Texas,
office. Prior to joining Stephens Insurance, LLC, he was
Managing Director at Higginbotham & Associates' Austin office,
and Senior Vice President and Partner with Nieman, Hanks, Puryear,
a division of Frost Insurance Agency, Inc. He has been a
commercial insurance broker for more than 13 years,
focusing his practice in the technology, life sciences, social
services and medical industries. Mr. Burns works closely
with many non-profit agencies in the Austin area and currently
serves on some of their boards.
