Mary joined Stephens Insurance, LLC as a Senior Vice President
in 2007. Previously, she served in a similar capacity for another
local insurance broker firm. With more than 30 years of experience
in the life and employee benefits area, she began her career with
Mutual of New York in Dallas, Texas and then back home to Little
Rock, Arkansas serving as a Sales Agent and in various sales
administrative positions. Ms. Busby has also worked in the practice
of small business tax and accounting. Mary holds a Master of Arts
in Applied Communication Studies, a Graduate Certification in
Conflict Mediation, and a Bachelor of Science in Business
Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is
Series 6 and 66 securities licensed and has earned the Certified
Self Funding Specialists® designation from the Health Care
Administrators Association. Mary is a Master Gardener and serves as
a board member for the UALR Business School Alumni.
