Mr. Rhodes is President and CEO of Stephens
Insurance, LLC and President of Stephens Consulting,
LLC. He began his insurance career in 1973 with Firemans
Fund Insurance Co. Mr. Rhodes founded Rhodes &
Associates, Inc. in 1986 and then sold it to Brown &
Brown, a publicly traded broker, in 2002. He joined Stephens
as President and CEO in January 2005. Mr. Rhodes earned a
Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College in 1972. He is on the
Board of Directors for Arvest Bank, Fifty for the Future and the
Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, as well as on the Board of
Trustees for Hendrix College, and is the past President of the
Rotary Club of Little Rock for 2006-2007. He is also past
Chairman of the Board for the Boys and Girls Club of Central
Arkansas.
