Mr. Lynn is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
for Stephens Insurance, LLC. He also serves as Compliance
Officer for the agency. His duties consist of managing the
agency staff and supervising insurance and annuity sales from
registered representatives of the affiliated Broker/Dealer,
Stephens Inc. Mr. Lynn began his insurance career in 1969 as a
life underwriter for American National Insurance Co. in Galveston,
Texas. Subsequently, he moved back to his home state as Vice
President and Chief Underwriter for two of Arkansas’ largest life
insurance companies. He joined Stephens Insurance in
1989. Mr. Lynn is a graduate of Southern Arkansas University,
with a BBA in management and economics. He is a Fellow in the
Life Management Institute (FLMI), and has security licenses Series
6, 63 and 26, in addition to life and health insurance
licenses. He is past President of the Arkansas Home Office
Underwriter’s Association and active in Fellowship Bible
Church.
