Education and Enrollment

A key element to a successful retirement plan is the establishment of a comprehensive education program for both the plan sponsor and the plan participants. Such a program ensures that 1) the sponsor is aware of the plan's progress and issues affecting the plan, 2) participants are able to make informed decisions about investment selections, and 3) participants are fully aware of plan features.

Stephens Retirement Services will customize an education program for your employees to help provide a high level of understanding of plan provisions. Our personnel are uniquely qualified to conduct educational seminars as well as meet with employees individually. Additionally, we will meet periodically with employees to help them monitor the progress of their plans and to assist in making any necessary changes. Finally, we will conduct periodic meetings with the plan sponsor to review participation rates, investment performance and discuss other pertinent issues.

Stephens Retirement Services will also make seminars available for employees covering a broad range of investment and financial topics, such as Asset Allocation Principles, Retirement Planning, Budgeting, Insurance and Estate Planning, etc.
